South Block in Arlington, VA is seeking a Head Coach to lead store operations, drive performance, and grow a high-performing team. You’ll hire, coach, and develop future leaders while nurturing a people-first culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences on every shift.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with quarterly bonus potential up to $10,000 and deferred profit-sharing up to $12,000 per year. We provide benefits, ample PTO, meals, parking reimbursement, and stipends.
