Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move up to 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
