Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express store in the Hillsboro area. You will oversee daily operations, hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The company provides an eight-week leadership training program, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement plans, and paid time off for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to move to stores within 50 miles.
• Must be available for flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program designed to prepare for management responsibilities.
