Panda Restaurant Group is seeking as Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in the local area. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, and direct staff to meet performance targets and standards.
