Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, driving financial results and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role includes recruiting, supervising and directing team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
You will participate in an 8+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
