Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, management, and/or food/retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to train and lead a team to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee store operations including inventory, scheduling, and quality control.
• Collaborate with ownership on growth, training, and KPI achievement.
