Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager in high-volume settings
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a large team
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with coaching skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of store operations including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales and reduce shrink.
• Recruit, train, and develop a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop plans to increase store sales; advise on merchandise mix and inventory.
• Lead Loss Prevention initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience through service and presentation.
