Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by analyzing KPI data and translating into actions.
• Provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to customers through the team.
• Hire, lead and develop Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Ensure Windsor Merchandising Directive and Visual Guidelines are followed across the store.
• Maintain Loss Prevention and Safety procedures and train the team accordingly.
• Lead coaching, feedback and succession planning to strengthen the team.
