Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and four or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance and discipline partners; schedule and resolve complaints.
• Review historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Review and manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels and control costs.
• Direct store operations to maximize cash flow, EBITDA, sales and profit.
• Open/close the store and ensure staff coverage, safety and proper store conditions.
