Qualifications

• Successful completion of all training modules inclusive of GMIT and Talent Platform training.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills, and proficiency with computers.

• Meet or exceed sales budget.
• Hire and train proficient applicants and foster customer service.
• Develop payroll and controllable expenses in line with budgets.
• Drive customer count and achieve Mystery Shop goal.
