Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.
• OR 4 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and CBC-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and develops the management team and hourly associates in facility operations, merchandising, and company direction.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and drives asset protection, safety, and quality standards.
• Leads recruitment, training, mentoring, succession planning, and performance evaluations.
• Drives financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to align with sales goals.
