You will foster a safe, clean store, build relationships with vendors and customers, monitor KPIs, and drive growth through a hands-on, coaching leadership style.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• A natural coach who motivates teams and leads by example.
• Inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations experience.
• Problem-solving mindset; calm under pressure and solutions-oriented.
• Tech savvy with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
