Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to drive sales and profitability through KPI analysis and team coaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies.
• Lead team by leveraging company tools and incentives to meet sales goals.
• Oversee Sales, Operations and Visual Managers to implement key strategies.
