Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive revenue growth at our Kentucky site. You will manage shifts when the GM is away, ensuring safety, service standards, and a superior guest experience.

Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $44,000 with bonus potential up to $12,500. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to develop future leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 1–3 years of assistant management or key holder experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and staff-development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive, customer-focused culture and develop team members.
• Lead GM responsibilities in their absence to ensure seamless operations.
