Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, coach a team, and drive customer satisfaction. The role supports daily tasks, shifts when the General Manager is away, and focuses on maintaining safety, service standards, and revenue performance.

Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $44,000 with bonus potential up to $12,500, and requires 1–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience and/or education may be considered.
• 1–3 years as assistant manager or key holder in fast-paced settings; retail/hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees including hiring, training, and scheduling.
