Lead with a Day One Mentality, own the P&L, and constantly optimize merchandising, clienteling, and store performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sustainable results.

Responsibilities

• Servant Leadership: Foster psychological safety and feedback culture; mentor team to deliver guest excellence.
• Talent Curation & Multiplication: Source and nurture high-potential talent, build bench strength for brand growth.
• Coaching through Complexity: Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members and provide real-time guidance.
