Job summary

One Energy Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead at the store level, running daily operations from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM and ensuring a safe, efficient, and profitable retail and food-service environment.

You will recruit and develop a team of 5–10, manage inventory, control costs, uphold food safety, and partner with vendors and leadership. A hands-on leader with ownership mindset is required, with opportunities for long-term growth and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience required.
• Food service or quick-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Able to lead a team of 5–10 employees.
• Strong focus on customer experience and operations.
