Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience delivering results.
• Experience managing a store or large department; retail preferred but not required.
• Promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.
• Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.
• People-first leadership and coaching mindset.
