Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing a store or large department.
• Promotion from assistant or co-manager is a big plus.
• Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with presence on the sales floor, coaching and celebrating the team.
• Maintain operations, labor, and budget alignment.
• Drive sales through modeling selling behaviors and guidance.
• Ensure safety, training, and compliance across store operations.
