Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead on the sales floor and drive a high-performing team. You will balance operations, coaching, and customer experience to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You’ll develop talent, optimize labor and schedules, and model selling behaviors while maintaining store standards and culture. Promotion from within is encouraged, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a plus
