Job summary

Save A Lot is seeking a Store Manager in Inverness, FL to lead daily store operations, coach a diverse team, and drive sales and profitability. You will recruit, train, and retain top talent while upholding company policies and standards for safety, efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, merchandising programs, and ensuring compliance with food safety and loss prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience.
• Leadership and/or Management Training preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
• Planning, analytical skills (P&L, budgeting).
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and development to store team members.
• Creates a positive, safe, and clean store environment.
• Recruits and develops team members to meet role requirements.
• Trains and mentors staff to achieve current and future goals.
• Communicates effectively with store staff, district and regional teams.
• Ensures store operations meet company standards for sales and profitability.
