Job summary

Ross Dress for Less is seeking a Store Manager in Greenwood, SC to lead all facets of store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will supervise and coach the Store Management team, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold safety and company standards every day.

The role requires at least five years of retail store management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train and motivate associates, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals, develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to achieve results.
• Fluency in English.
• Must exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
• Lead store operations to meet company standards and drive sales and profits.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff.
• Manage stockroom, front end, and sales floor operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company policies.
