Job summary

Ross Stores, a leading off-price retail chain with over 2,200 stores, is seeking a Store Manager in Dublin, GA. You will lead all store operations, drive sales, supervise a team, manage stockroom, front-end, and sales floor, and ensure adherence to company standards.

You will recruit, train and develop associates, analyze store performance, control expenses, and uphold customer service excellence while maintaining a friendly shopping environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, develop a schedule and execute goals.
Fluency in English.
Independent judgment and discretion in decision-making.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead all Store operations to meet Company standards and best practices.
Staff, train and develop leadership team to drive sales and profits.
Manage Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor for timely merchandise flow.
Monitor expenses and payroll to maintain budgeted targets.
Ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
