Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability.
• 4 years supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates.
• Experience with performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.

Responsibilities

• Directs management team and hourly associates in facility operations and merchandising.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures; drives safety and asset protection.
• Leads recruitment, training, succession planning and talent development.
• Drives sales and financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and KPI analysis.
