Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability, or 4 years generic management experience.
• Experience supervising 50+ nonexempt and 5 exempt associates, including performance management, mentoring, hiring and termination.
• Familiarity with training, succession planning and Open Door policies.

Responsibilities

• Directs the management team and hourly associates in facility operations, merchandising and company direction.
• Develops and maintains relationships with federal, state and local officials and oversees asset protection and safety controls.
• Drives sales and profit goals, budgets, forecasts, and analyzes economic trends for the store.
• Oversees the Academy training environment, store standards, and engagement of Academy associates.
