Job summary

Couche-Tard in El Paso, TX is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail team. You will supervise 2+ full-time staff, recruit and train employees, and ensure the store is clean, stocked, and well-presented in line with company standards.

You will manage scheduling, resolve customer issues promptly, and promote safety and strong store image while maintaining professional relations with suppliers. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Ability to use computer systems to analyze reports, inventory, cash control, and employment forms.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Knowledge of cash handling and store banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Manager, Lead Representatives, and Customer Service Representatives.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain store image, cleanliness, stocking, organization and safety per Company standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and adhere to business needs.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and cash handling to reduce risk.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback using Workday.
• Ensure effective internal communications and timely reporting.
