Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well displayed.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
