AT&T in El Paso, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee merchandising, product launches and sales performance, coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet service and sales goals.

You’ll coordinate promotional activities, participate in off-site events, and leverage best-in-class training to develop leadership skills within your team. Growth and competitive compensation accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• 3+ years sales or customer experience in telecom or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
