Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or leadership.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Drive personal and team sales using the EGET process and store goals.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and monitor progress.
• Ensure store operations, inventory and brand standards are maintained.
• Provide training and mentorship to improve performance and customer flow.
