Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or leadership experience.
• Ability to set goals, monitor performance and develop a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Coach associates, resolve customer issues and drive store KPIs daily.
• Manage daily operations, inventory, cash handling and store compliance.
• Attend NHU training and participate in leadership calls weekly.
