Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome OR Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED with two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including ethics, motivation, and strong communication and business acumen.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end of the store and makes recommendations on Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and covers for Store Manager when needed; ensures merchandising and asset protection.
• Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves complaints, and models customer service best practices.
• Analyzes store operations and inventory, and uses data to drive improvements and plans.
