You’ll lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management ensuring compliance with policies and driving customer satisfaction.

As a key leader, you will partner with Store and District Managers to boost sales, profitability, and community presence, while maintaining team engagement and service excellence

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with internship program completed.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train store team; recruit, hire, and discipline direct reports.
• Manage front end and pharmacy operations; ensure merchandising and assets protection.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager; analyze data and drive improvements.
• Oversee store financials; manage cash, inventories, and store audits.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; promote safety and customer service.
