Qualifications

• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) within 12 weeks of start date.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion and transfer to other Walgreens locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures merchandising and protection of store assets; drives sales and profitability.
• Supports Store Manager; covers store activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Analyzes operations to identify opportunities and improve customer experience.
• Oversees cash handling, bookkeeping, and inventory controls.
• Maintains safety and compliance with company policies and laws.
