Sizzling Platter LLC is seeking a General Manager in Redmond, WA to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role oversees staffing, training, and financial performance, while ensuring food safety and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The GM will manage a team, optimize labor and costs, and maintain high service standards to support store success and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Financial acumen and ability to manage costs and budgets
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage team members, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, product quality, and service execution
• Prepare smoothies, juices, and bowls as needed to ensure quality and consistency
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Manage financial performance, including sales, labor, and food cost control
• Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making and improve performance
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
