Job summary

Bridgestone Americas' Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an exempt leadership Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and mentor a team in our Richmond area locations. The role typically requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with salary range of $61,300 to $104,200.

You will manage payroll and budgets, build customer loyalty, ensure excellent service, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
