Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, is hiring a Store Manager in Florida. This exempt leadership role requires managing a team, maintaining a flexible schedule, and driving store sales across five days including weekends.

Pay range listed from $58,235 to $98,990, with full benefits for full-time teammates. The role emphasizes customer service, payroll and budget tracking, and staff scheduling to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets and store goals.
• Keep records and relevant financial information current.

• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
• Other duties as assigned.
