Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience with essential duties and conditions described.
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Practice non-discriminatory management in hiring, training and counseling.
