Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a Key Holder in Washington state. This part-time hourly role involves opening/closing the store, leading the team, and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll handle sales, inventory tasks, merchandising, and loss prevention while maintaining store standards.

18+ years old with retail experience is preferred. WA wage range listed; part-time schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or fast fashion environments.
• Ability to lead a team and model store processes.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Interact collaboratively and work as part of a team toward goals.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate others.
• Act respectfully to customers, managers and peers.
