Qualifications

• Retail store management experience; led teams to success
• Must be 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative and passionate team.
• Lead customer engagement through social media, store apps, and clienteling.
• Maintain operational structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors affecting business.
• Communicate with leadership on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to hit targets.
• Merchandise the store and launch promos on time.
• Mentor staff through recognition and feedback.
