You’ll lead associates, schedule to labor plans, manage inventory and cash controls, enforce policy and safety standards, and engage with the community to grow sales. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a commitment to best-in-class service across all departments.

Qualifications

• Gives all customers prompt and courteous service consistent with Best In Class standards.
• Effectively schedules associates to meet business demands per labor planner.
• Manages store to follow policy and local laws; ensures safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and ready for business during all hours.
• Handles customer conflicts by using MAKE IT RIGHT.
• Ensure merchandising and promotions are executed per company standards.
