Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the floor, energize a team, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will balance operations, store standards, and customer wow moments while coaching your team to win together.

You'll grow your people through development check-ins, drive sales on the floor, manage labor, and ensure execution and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role with room for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving are essential.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
