Five Below is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail floor, coach a high-energy team, and drive store results in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on labor management, customer experience, and growth of both people and store performance.

You will balance operations, coaching, and executing strategic plans to keep the store in top condition while maintaining budget and delivering a WOW customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to coach, develop and lead a high-performing team.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume or complex store environments welcome.
