Job summary

WSS is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Los Angeles flagship to lead and develop Team Members, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain store operations. You will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and drive sales with hands-on leadership.

Requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of retail management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and timekeeping.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing Team Members to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales leadership on the floor.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set business strategies and drive KPI improvement.
• Lead and maintain store operations including scheduling, payroll and budgets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store appearance across the sales floor and back office.
