Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of the store and pharmacy, including opening/closing shifts, task delegation and scheduling.
• Manages store financials including registers, bank deposits, cash reports and time records.
• Directs merchandising, sets/re-sets and promotional space planning across departments.
• Analyzes inventory trends and oversees ordering, stock, stock liquidation and reductions.
• Ensures staff are trained, performs coaching, and handles hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Plans and executes daily operational tasks and sets expectations for team members.
• Analyzes performance data to increase sales, control costs, and improve pharmacy/clinic outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies; maintains safe, clean store environment.
