Job summary

You will mentor a diverse team, manage performance, and ensure adherence to company policies while coordinating with leadership to implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities with professional ethics and strong communication.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of ESM start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end of the store and supports overall operations.
• Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Monitors and improves customer experience, coaching staff to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
• Oversees cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and adherence to company policies across pharmacy and retail.
• Ensures store is compliant, safe, and presents well; collaborates with district and store leadership.
