Job summary

Groupe Dynamite's GARAGE brand in Maryland is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team on the sales floor, via in-store and digital channels.

You will help optimize inventory, replenish on the floor, ensure visual standards, and deliver a positive shopping experience, with a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in fashion or retail.
• Passion for fashion and exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to promote collaboration and share best practices.
• Proficiency with social media, mobile devices and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high-performing team.
• Promote a positive shopping experience and drive sales on floor and online.
• Contribute to inventory management, replenishment and eComm fulfillment.
• Maintain brand and visual merchandising standards and directives.
• Support hiring, training and development of staff.
