Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, guest service, payroll and expenses to meet store goals.
• Forecast and analyze business trends; manage payroll to maximize store performance.
• Direct merchandise presentation, restocking and recoveries to optimize productivity.
• Develop associates through coaching, delegation and accountability while maintaining Revival culture.
