Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Revival Leader at our Riverton, UT location to guide all store operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee sales objectives, human resources, payroll, and loss prevention while ensuring best-in-class merchandising and brand standards.

With 3+ years of retail or hospitality management, you will coach and develop associates, forecast trends, and manage staffing to optimize store performance, all within Revival's values and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail or hospitality with proven results.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all store activities to achieve goals, including best-in-class guest service, sales objectives, HR management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.
• Drive associate and guest engagement while upholding Revival values and standards.
• Develop business strategy, forecast trends, and manage payroll to maximize store performance.
• Direct merchandise presentation, restocking and recovery to maximise productivity; communicate with executive team.
