The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking experienced store managers to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

As a member of Management, you will set goals, coach staff, and drive store results in a fast-paced environment. Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor roles available with competitive pay, health benefits, retirement plans and employee discounts.

Competenze

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
