Job summary

Knitwell Group in Monroe, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and foster a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, nurture relationships with customers and associates, and coach the team to live the brand’s behaviors daily.

You will drive results with a hospitality mindset, leverage POS systems, and assist the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and development while promoting an inclusive environment and omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience required.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Tech savvy with ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
